For those in need of a quick turnaround solution & recommendations for a clearly articulated need. One to three sessions of 2-3 hours with an additional 60-90 minute presentation. Total costs include an upfront retainer of $500, $75/hr for additional sessions if requested by customer, plus any travel expenses (if applicable).

Involves a step-by-step process through which we identify the gaps and reasons for culture issues or snags in your organization. Total costs include an upfront retainer ($500 - covers up to 4hr/wk average, calculated monthly), $75/hr in excess of retainer allotment, and any travel expenses (to be negotiated).

Used both upfront or as an add-on, retainer services include a bimonthly cadence (2 60 min sessions/mo) of consultative support defined by the customer. Total costs include $125/mo, $75/hr for additional sessions if requested, plus any travel expenses (if applicable).

Leading or supporting an organization or team through the completion of project (Ex. fundraising campaign, revised mission statement, hiring leadership, creating a marketing campaign, etc.). Daily/weekly/monthly cadence to be determined on a case-by-case basis. Total costs include $75/hr (# to be determined and negotiated - invoiced monthly), plus any travel expenses (if applicable).

WDW will rewrite and render all forms of written messaging in alignment with the identity and mission of your institution. This includes but is not limited to development and marketing campaigns, website copy, internal communications, and client/constituent communications. Total estimated hours to be determined on a case by case basis. Total cost includes $50/hr plus potential technology expenses your organization may incur to facilitate WDW access.

With familiarity and expertise in many aspects of running the business, WDW provides trainings for managers, leadership, and teams on best business practices, living out your institution's mission, and aligning operations of the business across a common goal. Total costs include $200 for a half day, $300 for a full day, or $250/day for a multi-day activity plus travel expenses as necessary.

For the organization presenting with a multifaceted need for projects and tasks to be completed or managed over a longer period of time (min. 3 months). Total costs include an upfront retainer ($1000 - covers up to 8hr/wk average, calculated monthly), $500 at the beginning of each month, $75/hr in excess of retainer allotment, plus any travel expenses (to be negotiated). When paired with "Overhaul Services - Consulting", retainer pricing and hour per week allotment is renegotiated.
